General Situation on the Research of Synthesis and Property of SAPO-34 Molecular Sieves

  • SAPO-34 molecular sieves which have the medium acidic properties and distinct small pore structure characteristic, exhibit the best selectivity to C2-C3 olefins, and have the minimum byproducts of paraffinic and aromatic for the conversion methanol to light olefins. SAPO-34’s catalytic properties and physicochemical characteristics depend on its synthetic technique, synthetic condition and the raw materials selected. This paper discussed the effect factors such as materials, synthetic technique, synthetic condition and metal modification etc, on synthesis, structure and property of SAPO-34 molecular sieves in more details. Some advices are put forward in order to the better development of SAPO-34 molecular sieves.
