Oil Vapor Recovery Technology by Membrane of Exhaust Emission of Gasoline Sweetening Unit

  • The oil vapor recovery of exhaust emission by combining absorption and membrane separation technology is proposed to gasoline sweetening unit of Qingyang Petrochemical Co.. A 100m3/h experimental unit is designed and built. The results getting from various working conditions show that the gasoline in exhaust emission decreases significantly (<25g/m3) and oil recovery rate is more than 95%.It is important to the oil vapor recovery, and can reduce oil vapor loss in refinery. It provides a new and clean method for the refinery.
