Research on High Permeable Cement Slurry System for Sand Control

  • In this paper, we studied cement slurry system for sand control and the optimal experimental conditions: ZSJ-10 7.5%; water:cement ratio 0.6; quartz sand 15%; coagulant 0.5%; fluid loss agent 3.1%; test temperature 50℃; curing time 72h.Under this conditions, its compression strength reaches 6MPa~8MPa after treatment, and permeability can reach 0.6μm2~0.8μm2. This cement system has good alkali, oil and brine resistance under the simulated formation. Through the scanning electron micrograph, the cement system will also have good permeability and sand control ability.
