Experimental Study on Evaluation of Inhibitor for Well Bore in Naoer Oilfield

  • Aiming to the corrosion status of Naoer oilfield, the corrosion inhibitor was screened and evaluated in laboratory and field experimental. The screened and evaluated inhibitors CT2-4, HYZ-1, CT5-9 and CD-2 are commonly used in oilfields, the experimental results show that CT2-4 is suitable for Naoer oilfield, and it has good inhibition efficiency, the average corrosion inhibition rate in seven experimental wells was 86.7%. In the field tests in well N6-19, the change of iron ion content in produced fluid after using corrosion inhibitor was applied to evaluate its inhibition efficiency. And after addition of CT2-4, the iron ion in produced fluid of well N6-19 has been reduced from 56.7mg/L to less than 1mg/L. It also keeps good stability. All the field tests show that this one has good inhibition efficiency for Naoer oilfield.
