Discussion on the Calculative Method of Sulphur Recovery Rate

This paper briefly introduces the analysis method of process stream in sulphur recovery units, the calculative method of sulphur recovery rate and the software of Sulsim. The calculative results from Sulsim, such as process stream flow rate, sulphur fogs and water content, were applied to the calculation of sulphur recovery rate. The results obtained by traditional method and the method given in this paper were compared.
