Brief Noise Control Analysis of Methanol Plant

  • The northwestern Sichuan methanol plant is using natural gas as raw material to produce methanol enterprise. In the process of production, the pipeline was washed out as the high pressure gas fast depressed and when the large pumps was running, certain industrial noise must generated. In this article, based on the description of acoustic environmental status and noise sources, the generation principles of different types of noise were stated, and the boundary noise control measures were expounded. Therefore, the sensitive noises of boundary can achieve the national standard. Using new technologies and methods as noise reduction measures also provided referential fundamental technical data for the noise control of other chemical companies.
