Preliminary Analysis on the Energy Consumption Evaluation Method of TEG Dehydration Unit

  • The key factors effecting the energy consumption of TEG dehydration unit in gas plant are discussed.The index used to evaluate the energy consumption of TEG dehydration unit is established; the energy consumption model of TEG dehydration is established using HYSYS software. After confirming the basic conditions, the energy consumption theoretical value can be calculated through the energy consumption model. The energy consumption efficiency of the TEG unit can be evaluated by comparing the actual energy consumption and the criterion energy consumption.
