Application analysis of sulfur recovery catalysts CT6-4B and CT6-5B

It introduces the application situation of catalysts CT6-4B and CT6-5B in sulfur recovery units of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company. When the processing load exceeds design condition 50%, with the abnormal situation such as on-line analyzer failure and mixing valve of the grade 2 converter jam, etc., both of the catalysts show good characteristics, which can ensure the tail gas reach the emission standard. All of the application experiences present a reference for similar devices using same catalysts.
