Process reform and effect assessment of molecular sieve regeneration process at Yakela gas gathering & processing station

  • This paper introduced molecular sieve dehydration process of Yakela Gas Gathering & Processing Station. In the actual production, due to the effect of regeneration gas flow, temperature, etc., the cycle of molecular sieve adsorption became longer, dehydrating effects was poor and cold box stuck frequently. Therefore, after transformed the existing process, the molecular sieve adsorption cycle was shortened and the dehydration effect had improved, which not only increase yields, reduce labor intensity, but also save the electric energy.
