Research on commissioning condition of natural gas processing plant

The commissioning process of natural gas processing plant has the characteristics of high risk, high accident rate, and high technical content. Main stages of the natural gas processing plant commissioning process were concluded and summarized, and the main commissioning conditions of every stage were analyzed. Combining with the characteristics of commission condition during each stage, the applicability and characteristics of the establishment of commissioning network plan, safety work method and checking list method were described. At last, suggestions were given on evaluating commissioning condition of natural gas processing plant, which provided powerful technical support on successful commissioning of natural gas processing plant.
