Preparation and effect assessment of new microemulsion cleanup agent AO-4 with high interface activity

Abstract
The homogeneous microemulsion was prepared by solubilization method with non-ionic surfactant AEO-9 as a main raw material.Interface performance of microemulsion was used as main indicators to select formula, and evaluate its stability and discharge rate.The results showed that the system is composed of 0.5% homogeneous microemulsion(AEO-9: n-butanol: kerosene: water = 31%: 13%:11%:45 %(mass fraction ratio))+0.02% fluoro surfactant, which is a stable microemulsion type cleanup agent, and its surface tension is 23.22 mN/m, interfacial tension is 0.12 mN/m(with kerosene), cleanup rate is 83.26%, and it has a good prospect.
