Research on operation optimization of hydrogen-feeding combustion furnace

  • In order to solve the problem of high exhaust temperature of hydrogen-feeding combustion furnace, the data simulation model was established. The effects of some factors of hydrogen-feeding combustion furnace entrance, which including fuel gas flow, air flow, low pressure steam flow, upstream exhaust flow, etc., on outlet temperature, H2 molar fraction and flow field in hydrogen-feeding combustion furnace were analyzed to get the best process optimization scheme. The field application results showed that the outlet temperature of hydrogen-feeding combustion furnace decreased obviously, and the fuel gas consumption reduced as well. The process optimization scheme solved the problems of high outlet temperature of hydrogen furnace and achieved the purpose of energy saving, which could provided a reference for the research of domestic similar hydrogen-feeding combustion furnace.
