Application of hydrolytic catalyst PURASPECTM2312 in high H2S-containing natural gas purification plant

  • The catalyst PURASPECTM2312, developed by JOHNSON MATTHEY, was adopted in the desulfurization unit of Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant combined unit. The design service life of the catalyst was 6 years, and it had been used for 8 years in Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant and hadn't been skimmed and replaced. By tracking the properties of catalysts during different periods of operation, according to the optimum process parameters during the operation process of the catalyst, the operation technology measures to stabilize the catalyst were summarized, which could provide experiences and references for the long period operation of domestic catalyst in other similar conditions.
