Optimization study of pipeline system of small skid-mounted LNG gasification station

  • Compared to traditional LNG gasification station, the advantage of skid-mounted LNG gasification station is convenient transportation and rapid field changing.Primary design of skid-mounted LNG gasification station is carried out and three-dimensional model is established.CAESARⅡ is adopted to perform stress analysis and optimization.The analysis results show that stress concentration occurs at the structure of heater under complicated load conditions.It can be realized to reduce displacement and stress level of skid-mounted LNG gasification station through adjusting the height of heater.
