Formation analysis and treatment of colloidal sediment in surface gathering and transportation system of sour gas field

  • Aiming at the technical problems of colloidal sediment processing in sour gas field surface gathering system, a demulsifier which can effectively separate the sediments was developed, and the perfect supporting solid-liquid separation technology and evaluation method were formed. This article mainly introduces the stability of latex sediment, the structure and morphology of it, and the analysis of water phase and organic phase after separation. It is clear that the structure of sediment is water-in-oil, and the water content is generally greater than 70%. The evaluation method and field application of this technique are discussed.
