Study on adaptability evaluation of gathering and transmission pipeline network construction in gas field

  • The construction of internal gathering and transmission system in the gas field is the most important and critical part of whole gas field construction. The construction of the system are optimized and adjusted constantly with the exploration and development of gas field. It is hard to solve this problem due to the complexity of the system. This paper put forward a set of adaptability evaluation method for the construction of gathering and transmission pipeline network, and corresponding measures for various working conditions during the construction period, including five steps: preliminary investigation, calculation method research, pipeline network modeling, working condition simulation and conclusion. This method has been successfully applied in a large gas field for construction and production. This method lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of surface gathering system, and provides a technical support to promote the exploration and development production efficiently and orderly.
