Parameter optimization and product analysis of high temperature pyrolysis of oily sludge

  • Aiming at further disposal of the centrifugal oily sludge from Daqing oilfield to meet the requirements of the national agricultural sludge pollutant control standard, the high temperature pyrolysis experiment of the centrifugal oily sludge was carried out in a vacuum tube pyrolysis furnace. The effects of the final pyrolysis temperature, pyrolysis time, heating rate and catalyst on the oil content of the pyrolysis residue were investigated, the optimal process parameters were optimized and the pyrolysis products were analyzed. The results show that: under the conditions of catalyst dosage of 1.5%, final pyrolysis temperature of 550 ℃, pyrolysis time of 2 h and heating rate of 10 ℃/min, the oil content of pyrolysis residue of oily sludge centrifuged from Daqing oilfield could be reduced to less than 0.3%. The addition of catalyst improved the pyrolysis efficiency and the quality of pyrolysis oil phase, and reduced the calorific value of pyrolysis residue. Moreover, the heavy metal content, oil content and other pollutants concentration of the pyrolysis residue could meet the standard requirements to be used as grade B agricultural sludge, achieving the purpose of resource utilization and harmless treatment of oily sludge.
