Objective To optimize the preparation process of alkylated oil by high gravity technology in small laboratory.
Methods A new type of high gravity reactor and specific low temperature control process were used. The molar ratio of n-butene to isobutane was 10∶1, the volume ratio of H2SO4 to hyarocarbon was 1.4∶1, the reaction system pressure was 0.6 MPa, the temperature of isobutane cooler and n-butene cooling machine was from -3 ℃ to 4 ℃, the temperature of high gravity machine jacket cooling machine was from -6 ℃ to 0 ℃, the temperature of concentrated H2SO4 cooling machine was 0-5 ℃, and the rotate speed of high gravity machine was 900~1 100 r /min, continuous alkylation reaction was 9 min.
Results Under the above conditions, the conversion rate of butene was more than 97.0%, and the mass fraction of C8 in liquid product was more than 87.98%. The mass fractions of C5, C6, C7 and C9+ were lower than 0.84%, 1.59%, 1.60% and 8.01%, respectively, and the RON value of alkylated oil chromatography was not less than 97.0.
Conclusion The alkylation effect is good under the above conditions, which can be used as a technical reference for the study of further scale-up experiments.
