利用电渗析法脱除胺液中热稳定盐的应用

摘要:
胺液在长期循环使用过程中,因受到各种因素的影响,会出现热降解、化学降解和氧化降解,对溶剂的腐蚀性、发泡程度和脱硫效率产生不利影响。其中,氧化降解产生的热稳定盐(HSS)对溶剂的影响特别大,会导致设备腐蚀加重,胺液损耗增加,脱硫效率下降。因此,要保持装置的长期稳定高效运行,必须对脱硫剂中的热稳定盐进行脱除。分析了电渗析法脱除热稳定盐的原理和特点,并以中海石油舟山石化有限公司应用浙江海牛环境科技股份有限公司电渗析法除盐设施为例,对系统胺液进行脱除热稳定盐的操作,结果表明,电渗析法用于去除热稳定盐在工业应用中具备可行性。同时,提出了一些问题和建议。

Abstract:
During the long-term cycle use of amine solution, thermal degradation, chemical degradation and oxidative degradation will occur due to the influence of various factors, which will have adverse effects on the corrosion, foaming degree and desulfurization efficiency of the solvent. Among them, the thermal stable salts(HSS) produced by oxidative degradation has a great influence on the solvent, resulting in the aggravation of equipment corrosion, the increase of amine solution loss and the decrease of desulfurization efficiency. Therefore, in order to maintain the long-term stable and efficient operation of the device, it is necessary to remove the thermal stable salts in the desulfurizer. In this paper, the principles and characteristics of electrodialysis method to remove the heat stable salts were analyzed, and the heat stable salts removal facilities using electrodialysis method developed by Zhejiang Manatee Environmental Polytron Technologies Inc. was applied to CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical Co., Ltd, which was taken for example of removing heat stable salts from the system amine solution. The feasibility of the electrodialysis method to remove the heat stable salts in the industrial application was illustrated. Meanwhile, some questions and suggestions were put forward.
