真空膜蒸馏法MDEA再生的性能分析

摘要:
真空膜蒸馏法因其具有一系列的优点而被广泛应用,因此也考虑将真空膜蒸馏法应用在甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)的再生中。介绍了MDEA与H2S的反应原理,考察了溶液再生温度、溶液流速对溶液再生率的关系,以及真空侧真空度对膜通量的影响关系。结果 显示,再生温度是影响再生率的最主要因素,再生温度的增加会明显地提高再生率。当再生温度为100℃时,再生率可达95%。

Performance analysis on Methyldiethanolamine(MDEA) regeneration by vacuum membrane distillation

Abstract:
Vacuum membrane distillation is a widely used process,which has a series of advantages.It is also suitable for the regeneration process of MDEA.This paper introduces the reaction mechanism of MDEA and H2S,the relationship of solution regeneration temperature and solution flow rate on regeneration rate,as well as the influence of vacuum side vacuum degree on membrane flux.The results show that the regeneration temperature is the most important factor of regeneration rate.The increasing of regeneration temperature will significantly improve the regeneration rate.When the temperature is 100 ℃,the regeneration rate can reach 95%.
